A community of people with lived experience

The Lymphoedema Association Australia (LAA) is a charity aiming to ensure people living with lymphoedema get the information, treatment and support they need to live well. This March, we are raising money to fund a dedicated phone line to provide support to people living with lymphoedema.

The LAA is raising awareness about lymphoedema through the campaign "Shine a Light on Lymphoedema”.

The LAA is launching our awareness campaign for 2026, and we need your help to do so.

  • 6 March 2026 is World Lymphoedema Day

  • 2 - 8 March is Lymphoedema Awareness Week

  • March is Lymphoedema Awareness Month

With your support, we can increase diagnosis and access to treatment for people with lymphoedema, who otherwise might feel overwhelmed and alone. On this website, you will find resources to help you celebrate Lymphoedema Awareness and join in the campaign. See what landmarks are lighting up in blue near you and find social media kits to download.

Together, we can Shine A Light On Lymphoedema.
